Privacy
The short version: your test answers never leave your device. There are no accounts, no analytics scripts, no advertising and no cookies.
Where your answers go
All scoring runs in your browser. The site has no server logic that receives answers. Your answers and your last result are stored in your own browser storage (localStorage) so that a refresh does not lose your place and the result page can show your last palette.
Three local keys are used: one for test progress, one for your last result summary (percentiles, palette type and whether the attention check passed), and nothing else. Clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it.
What the site does not do
- No analytics or tracking scripts.
- No advertising or ad networks.
- No cookies.
- No accounts, email addresses or sign-ups.
- No third-party requests. Fonts are served from this site.
- No data sold or shared, because no data is collected.
Shared result links
When you share a result, the link contains five percentiles in the part of the URL after the # symbol. That part is not sent to the server when the page loads. The link contains no name, no answers, no account and no identifier.
If you do not want anyone to see a palette, do not share the link. You can also retake the test at any time; a new result replaces the old one in your browser.
